The Fezouata shales are known for their well preserved fossils. There are for shure two species of the genus Dikelokephalina known. Dikelokephalina brechleyi from the Antiatlas (Zagora region is part of that) and Dikelokephalina furca from Great Britain. Four more species where described from South Korea in 1934 and 1960 by Kobayashi. Dikelokephalina kamaegata (1934), Dikelokephalina asiatica (1934), Dikelokephalina parva (1960) and Dikelokephalina conica (1960). They all come from the Upper Tremadoc.
The 29.2 cm or 11.5″ Dikelokephalina brechleyi Trilobite specimen for sale here has very little repairs. There is a repaired spot on the right tail side (about 3cm x 3cm), a repaired spot on the left cheek (2cm x 4 cm), left side about two/three pleura behind the left cheek (about 2.4 x 4 cm). There is also a very small repaired spot (1 cm) in front of the glabella. Compared to the enormous size of the Trilobite, these are minor repairs.
