Description
Trilobite Perenopsis interstrictus mortality plate for sale. Two larger ones and probably a hundred very small ones are present on this plate.
Perenopsis interstrictus occurs in the mid Cambrian Wheeler Shale of Utah. The Wheeler Shale is named after the town of Wheeler. They are about 507 million years of age.
Perenopsis is a rather small Trilobite. They are about 6 mm, or around 0.2″ inch long. The Trilobite has only 2 segments between Head and tail. This is characteristic for the order of the Agnostida.
