Description
Quality well preserved Isabelina glabrata Trilobite from France for sale. Eyes intact. Isabelina glabrata is one of the more rare Trilobites found at the St Aubin quarry. Also present is the Brachiopod Drabovella, named after the Czech village Drabov near Prag. The fossil is from the Darrivillien stage of the Middle Ordovician age. Darrivillian is the french term for Llandeilo or Dobrotivian.
Isabelina glabrata was named by Salter in 1853. The names Ogygia glabrata and Ogygites glabrata have been also used for specimen of this species until 1999.
